Navkar Nivesh Private Limited (“Navkar” or “Company”), being a Non-Banking Finance Company (“NBFC”), has adopted a “Grievance Redressal Mechanism” (“GRM”) as per the Reserve Bank of India’s (“RBI”) directions under the “Non-Banking Financial Company- Master Circular No. RBI/2015-16/16 DNBR (PD) CC.No.S054/03.10.119/2015-16 dated 01st July, 2015”.
This GRP aims to ensure fair, transparent, and timely redressal of customer grievances. It provides clear channels for raising complaints and ensures that all concerns related to the Company’s products or services are addressed with courtesy and efficiency.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism:
The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed a Grievance Redressal & Nodal Officer, who is responsible for the overall functioning of the Grievance Redressal Mechanism of the Company. Any customer having grievance / complaint / feedback with respect to the product and service offered by the Company may approach the Company’s Grievance Redressal and Nodal Officer, between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday except on public holidays, at following contact details –

This Grievance Redressal Policy of the Company is reviewed by the Board on recommendation of Grievance Redressal & Nodal Officer on an annual basis for necessary changes required for enhancing the transparency and ethical standing of the organization and to consider and adopt relevant regulatory amendments.
